One-off services

Everything beyond the subscription

One-off services are billed separately and chosen once you've settled on a main plan. Below is the full list from our current price sheet — every line straight from a real contract.

VAT registration Mandatory at turnover from AED 375,000 over 12 months; voluntary from AED 187,500 2,500 AED As soon as turnover approaches the mandatory threshold, or to be able to reclaim VAT on purchases.
Corporate Tax (CT) registration Without a consultation for simple cases; with one if there are zone-specific nuances from 1,000 AED In the company's first year. 1,000 AED without a consultation, 1,500 AED with a review of the zone and structure.
Annual report (without monthly support) Preparation of financial statements for a closed year from 5,000 AED If you do the bookkeeping yourself and only need a correct annual report. Final price depends on transaction volume.
Nil return For dormant companies with no turnover 1,500 AED If the company is registered but not trading, and the formal obligations still need to be closed.
Audit coordination Selecting an auditor and preparing the documents 1,500 AED Annually for most Free Zones (DMCC, DAFZA, JAFZA). Our fee covers the preparation; the auditor is paid separately.
goAML registration Anti-Money Laundering for companies in the DNFBP register 1,000 AED For jewellers, real-estate agents, precious-metal dealers and a number of other activities.
Tax Residency Certificate (TRC) Tax Residency Certificate from the FTA 2,000 AED To avoid double taxation: if you work with clients or hold assets in other countries.
Tax monitoring Alerts on deadlines and changes in legislation 3,000 AED / yr For companies without monthly support, so you don't miss reporting deadlines or rate changes.
Bank payment support Preparing payment instructions, dealing with the bank from 1,500 AED / mo When you'd rather payments were prepared by an accountant than in-house.
Consultation A review of a specific situation: deal structure, zone, taxes 1,000 AED / hr When you need a professional view on a one-off question without signing a service contract.
Reconstructing past-period books Booking transactions for closed quarters / years on request If the books were kept loosely or not at all, we reconstruct them for an agreed fee.
Transaction limit exceeded For the "Base" plan 10 AED / txn When there are more than 150 transactions / mo. Each transaction over the limit, 10 AED.

All prices are exclusive of VAT 5% and valid as of the price-sheet update date. For larger packages we agree individual terms.

Contract and NDA, within a day

We sign the MSA and NDA and get access to the bank, the FTA and the accounting software (1C / QuickBooks). From there the paperwork routine is on us.

Meet your accountant

You get a direct line to a specific person on Telegram or WhatsApp — you pick the channel. No call centres, no shared lines.

A monthly rhythm — we do the reminding

By the 5th, source documents for the month; by the 15th, the management report; by quarter-end, VAT. If we need something from you, we'll remind you in advance. You won't have to keep the deadlines in your head.
