1. Operator and scope
The website bga.ae and the free services described below are operated by Bright Global Tax Consulting and Accounting FZCO, Trade Licence 39140, IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“BGA”, “we”).
These terms apply to the website, the online calculators and compliance checks, the UAE Business Updates MCP server at mcp.bga.ae, and the BGA UAE Business Updates app for ChatGPT (together, the “free services”). Paid accounting, tax, payroll or audit-coordination services are provided only under a separate written engagement, which prevails over these terms for that engagement.

2. Information, not advice
Everything published through the free services is general information about doing business in the UAE. It is not tax, legal, accounting or audit advice, it does not take your circumstances into account, and using it does not create a client relationship with BGA. Calculator results are estimates based on the inputs you provide and the rules coded on the stated review date.
BGA is not an FTA-registered tax agent. Before you act on anything you read here, check the current text of the relevant law or decision on the official source and, where the matter is material, obtain professional advice for your situation.
3. Free services covered
- Website and online tools: informational pages, calculators and compliance checks that run in your browser or on our servers and return a result for the inputs you enter.
- UAE Business Updates MCP server: a free, read-only Model Context Protocol endpoint that returns publications collected from official UAE government and free-zone websites, with their source, dates, provenance status and link availability. It requires no account and does not accept or store your documents.
- BGA UAE Business Updates app for ChatGPT: the same read-only tools made available inside ChatGPT. ChatGPT itself, and how it uses the results, is governed by OpenAI’s own terms and policies, not by BGA.
The free services are provided free of charge, without registration, and may be changed, limited or discontinued at any time without notice.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the free services for your own information needs, including through AI assistants and other software that you control. You must not:
- use them for any unlawful purpose or in breach of applicable UAE law;
- overload, disrupt or interfere with the services, or attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls or security measures;
- present the output as an official publication of, or as endorsed by, any UAE government entity, or remove or misstate the source, date or provenance information that accompanies a record;
- use the services to send unsolicited communications, or to collect personal data of others;
- misrepresent your identity or your relationship with BGA.
We may suspend or block access that breaches these terms or that threatens the operation of the services.
5. Official sources and links
The UAE Business Updates service collects links and metadata from publicly available pages of UAE authorities and free zones. Each record states its provenance: confirmed means it was collected directly from the official listing by BGA’s own collector; candidate means it was found by secondary discovery and has not yet been confirmed on the official listing. Link availability is checked and reported separately.
The official publications belong to the authorities that issued them. We do not control those websites, cannot guarantee that a linked page remains available or unchanged, and are not responsible for their content. The authoritative text is always the one published by the issuing authority.
This independent service is not affiliated with, operated by or endorsed by the Federal Tax Authority, the Ministry of Finance or any other UAE government entity. Names of authorities and free zones are used only to identify the source of a publication.
6. Intellectual property
The website design, texts, calculators, data structures and software of the free services are owned by BGA or its licensors. You may quote or share excerpts and results for non-commercial information purposes if you name bga.ae as the source and link to the page. Any other reproduction, systematic extraction of the database, or commercial redistribution requires our written permission.
Trade marks, names and logos of third parties, including UAE authorities and software providers, belong to their owners.
7. Availability, changes and liability
The free services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranty of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation. Collection from official sources runs on a schedule and can fail or lag; a record may be missing, late or superseded.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, BGA is not liable for any loss arising from the use of, reliance on, or inability to use the free services, including decisions, filings or payments made on the basis of their content. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
8. Privacy
How we handle personal data on the website and in enquiry channels is described in the Privacy policy. The MCP server and the ChatGPT app require no account and do not ask for personal data. To operate the service and compile usage statistics, the MCP server records technical metadata about each request: the tool called and its parameters, the client software identifier, timing, and a keyed, non-reversible hash of the IP address instead of the address itself. Raw request records are deleted after 180 days.
9. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, the competent courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the free services. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
We may update these terms when the services or applicable law change. The current version, its effective date and version number are shown at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
